Japanese University Lecturers Visit Nahj-ul-Balaqa Int’l Foundation

4 A group ofJapanese university lecturers visited Nahjul-Balaqa International Foundation in the holy city of Qom.

During the visit, the scholars got acquainted with various sections of the foundation and discussed their questions about Islam, Shiism, Nahjul-Balaqa and Imam Ali (AS).

They also attended meetings with researchers and experts of the Center for Specialized Education of Nahjul-Balaqa and talked to Hojat-ol-Islam Mohajerniya, education deputy of the center, about the status of ethics in politics.

Highliting the importance of ethics in politics, the deputy presented speeches on the theme and clarified the status of ethics in Islamic political views.

According to Tosei Sano, Associate Professor, Faculty of Intercultural Communication of Ryukoku University, who headed the Japanese delegation, the group visited Iran in order to attend a forum on Islam-Buddhism Dialogue about ethics and politics.

He said he was happy that the delegation made visits to the Iranian seminaries and stressed the necessity of continuation of scientific dialogue between the two schools of thought.
