Teaching Quran via Telephone in Turkey
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Dar-al-Ifta center of Konya Province in Turkey provides those interested with Quran reading courses via telephone.
According to yenimeram.com website, those taking the course can learn reading the Quran ask questions about any problem they face in reading the book.
Anyone, including those residing in Konya or elsewhere in Turkey, and even from abroad, can call the center and take the courses.
So far, some 3,000 individuals have learned the Quran this way, the center’s officials say.
Konya is a province of Turkey in central Anatolia. The provincial capital is the city of Konya.
