Terror Attack Martyrs’ Funeral Held in Isfahan
ISFAHAN (IQNA) – The funeral for members of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) killed in a recent terrorist attack in southeast Iran was held here in Isfahan on Saturday.
In a suicide attack on Wednesday night claimed by the so-called Jaish ul-Adl terrorist group, 27 IRGC members were killed and 13 others were injured.
A number of IRGC forces were traveling between the cities of Zahedan and Khash, in Sistan and Balouchestan, when their bus was hit by the suicide car bomb attack.
The IRGC’s Quds Base said in a statement that an explosives-laden car rammed into the bus, which was taking the personnel back to their homes.
