Zionist Forces Storm Bab al Rahma Prayer Area in Al-Aqsa

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Zionist regime’s police stormed at dawn of Sunday Bab al Rahma prayer area inside Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem al-Quds.

Before Fajr prayers, Israeli police stormed the prayer area, moving all wooden barriers and shoe racks out of the area and putting them meters away, Firas el Debs, public relations official at the Islamic Awqaf Department, said.

This is a cowardly act, he added, according to Egypt Today.

Last week, Israeli forces barged into Bab al Rahma prayer area in a bid to provoke worshipers and force its re-closure.

The prayer area was re-opened in February after a 16-year closure by Israeli occupation authorities.
