ISIL Is a Western-made Creature

ISIL is a western --i.e. American, Israeli and British-- creature. It was created in Western laboratories and think tanks, discussed in the offices of western heads of state, created in the petri dish of western intelligence services, trained by western 'military advisors', funded with Western money and made lethal with western arms.

This is according to an American author, journalist and political analyst from the Crescent and Cross Solidarity Movement in Idaho Mark Glenn who discussed the origins of the terrorist group that has been committing heinous crimes in parts of Syria and Iraq in the past months.

Here are Glenn’s answers to IQNA’s questions on ISIL:

Q: As you know a number of international rights group including Amnesty International have accused the so-called Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) terrorist group of carrying out war crimes in Iraq that includes mass killings, abductions and sexual violence.
The United Nations' top human rights body approved a request by Iraq to open an investigation into crimes committed by the ISIL terrorists against civilians. So far no serious measures have been taken to stop the war criminals. What's your take on that?
Also, many law experts maintain that an international fact-finding commission ought to be formed in order to prosecute the backers of the ISIL under international law. What do you think?
A: The first thing that needs mention is the fact that any 'human rights' organization that is either (a) Western in orientation or (b) dependent upon western money or western support is by its very nature antithetical to the pursuit of human rights or to a forthright, honest investigation of anyone/anything accused of human rights violations. The west, led by America, the UK, Israel and other elitist, colonizing, racist powers, creates these organizations as a means of maintaining a moral high ground in all geo-political discussions and as a means of putting political pressure on certain countries and leaders--mainly 3rd world--who run afoul of the west's elitist, colonizing and racist policies. These various 'rights' groups are utilized with great effectiveness whenever the west has decided that a certain country's natural resources are to be exploited or that its government must be overthrown, at which point these various groups--including the same Amnesty international cited earlier--are put into motion in preparing the narrative that will accommodate whatever planned political or military aggression is to be used against the target country.
Having said that, what also must be acknowledged right from the start is that ISIL is a western--i.e. American, Israeli and British--creature. It was created in Western laboratories and think tanks, discussed in the offices of western heads of state, created in the petri dish of western intelligence services, trained by western 'military advisors', funded with Western money and made lethal with western arms. It lives and breathes according to the dictates of what the West has decided. These are the same murderers and rapists that were emptied from Saudi prisons years ago and set loose upon Syria intended purpose of de-stabilizing that country as a preparatory step to the overthrow of that country's government in the person of President Bashar Al Assad.
What happened is that Iran, Russia and other nations assisted Assad against these terrorists, thus throwing the west's plans into disarray. Not to be outdone however, the west merely changed tactics, and now is using ISIL/ISIS as the excuse for mounting military operations in the region for the purpose of destroying it.
It is for this reason that no fact-finding missions by any western-linked 'human rights' groups has or will take place, for the simple reason that what will be concluded is that every life that has been lost as a result of this campaign of terror that began over 3 years ago rests at the doorstep of the US, Israel, the UK and other nations who are constantly lecturing the rest of the world on the importance of 'human rights'.
Q: NATO heads of state convened in the Welsh city of Newport on 4-5 September and US Secretary of State John Kerry and Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel told foreign and defense ministers participating in the NATO summit that the US was forming a broad international coalition against ISIL. Ministers from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, Turkey, Italy, Poland and Denmark met in Wales to hammer out a strategy for battling ISIL, but the policy was questioned by many lawyers and political leaders.
After the so-called US-led coalition against the ISIL declared its creation, scores of experts and a number of countries lashed out at the western states for pursuing a double-standard policy towards campaign against terrorism in various countries. What's your perspective on that?
A: The first thing that needs to be understood is that NATO exists as a tool of western and Zionist expansion/imperialism. It's ostensible reason for existence was to counter what was at that time Soviet Expansionism but has now become a tool for imposing political dictates upon weaker countries through the use of deadly, apocalyptic force. One need look no further than what was done to Libya several years ago as proof for this. Where was the 'Soviet expansionism' taking place under the government led by Muammar Ghaddafi? Where did the threat to Europe lie? There was none, which clearly indicates that NATO is being used for purposes other than its stated mission.
As far as the double standard being practiced by NATO and the west with regards to terrorism, the picture is self-evident. Clearly, as has been proven over the course of the last 50 years but especially in recent times with massacres such as 'Cast Lead', 'Pillar of Cloud', and 'Defensive Edge' that there is no country in the region more devoted to terrorism than the Jewish state. And yet, what kinds of substantive sanctions--including military measures--are employed in combatting this terrorism, by the US, the West or by NATO? Nothing, short of a few effeminate, mealy-mouthed protests that periodically pop up in the western press. In the meantime, the tidal wave of money, high-tech military arms and political support continues unabated into Israel's coffers so that she can sit and comfort as she prepares her next massacre and her next human sacrifice that will be given some 'respectable' military title.
Q: Many analysts believe that the ISIL Takfiri terrorist group is the product of the US policies in the Middle East. What's your take on that?
A: As stated previously, indeed groups such as ISIL/ISIS are the product of 'US policies' in the sense that America was the diseased womb within which these monsters were conceived, allowed to gestate and then eventually born.
Moreso however is the entire western invasion of the region that began during WWI and then continuing in the succeeding years following it. First Europe--specifically the UK and France--and the colonialist, imperialist and interventionist policies that were put into overdrive following the breakup of the Ottoman Empire, and then America and her assistance with/support of the creation of the Jewish state and all its attending displacement and mass murder of the indigenous peoples living there, America has created in so much hatred within the region that groups such as ISIS/ISIL have no problem in finding recruits for their murder and mayhem, a situation rich with irony given the fact that in the end they these groups are in effect merely serving as surrogates to the very same western/Zionist interests which these groups claim to be resisting.
At present, it appears that the only legitimate opposition to Western and Zionist interests in the region, 'legitimate in the sense that they have not been penetrated and are being steered via remote control from headquarters in Tel Aviv and Washington D.C. are those groups working closely with Iran, Syria and the Lebanese resistance movement party Hezbollah. All other groups it would appear, in some fashion, have been dirtied through some type of connection and collusion with Western and Israeli interests and for this reason can be accurately termed 'false opposition'.
